Todays Trends

I have researched the current spring/summer 2023 trends that are popular right now so my collection can appeal to my target market which primary follows trends. I found a large variety of different trends but I wanted to focus on things that can add to collection that also can follow with my theme and inspiration. 

trends that I wanted to incorporate in my collection were:

Blue hues & Pink Perfection

I feel like these two trends go perfectly with my collection because there are many tones of both blu and pink in 'Birth of Venus'. I am planning on creating a monochrome look with both of these colors. 

Florals

This is also a wonderful trend for my collection because there is many flowers surrounding Venus on the painting, there is also a floral pattern drape that is used to catch Venus when she gets out of the water. 

Low rise waist

This was a popular trend in the early 2000s and still it. it could be a very trendy relaxed look but also very sexy and feminine. 

Bow Details

This is a great trend that I wanted to start experimenting with. I like that if gives a very femininee girly aspect to a garment.
