Learning how to add a Zipper

 So for my midi skirt I wanted to add an invisible zipper. The reason for this is because the fabric I'm using for my skirt Is satin so it will not stretch very much. So with having a zipper, the skirt can be easily out on or taken off. A challenge though was trying to create an invisible zipper so that what it gives it a more subtle and professional look. 

I simply searched up a video on how to do this but it was actually more difficult that I thought. these photos were taken after 3 attempts at this. but after my 3rd, I was able to do it with no problem. something I would do different is get a different zipper, one that is specified for invisible zips where the prongs are facing the inside, but I hadn't known until after. Apart from that, it still worked!
