Welcome Message

Welcome Back to My Blog!

Im now in my 3rd and last term in DMUIC. This has been a very positive and growing experience for me. I have further learned what it means to be an artist. I feel this term that I wish to experiment more with what my style is and messages I want to convey through my art. 

In this term I want to achieve high marks on my final grade for this class. I also want to develop my sketching and clothes making skills. Something that I would do differently I this term is that I will manage my time better to achieve the best results.  On my art portfolio one project I could've improved by adding more background information and process on my project. 

For the 3d aspect of the project this term, skills that I am going to be working on will be sewing, fabric cutting, and fabric measuring. 

Over the break, I took the time to visit family and recenter myself with nature. I spent some time back on the island where I grew up. This was a very warm welcoming experience. I watched nature bloom and thrive in its natural habitat. This inspired me and taught me many things about regrowth and taking your time and trusting nature.
