Fire Dress Research

For my major project I am relating the theme of earthly delights to the power of nature, Mother Nature. For each dress I focus on an aspect of earths elements in nature like fire, water, earth, air, ect. I am going to do reacherch to further develop my idea for the fire dress. 

• COLORS: red, orange, gold, violet, smoky colors

Fire - inspired by Tributes of Panem by Mario Kits 

These dresses give me an idea of what I am trying to achieve. I want to create a gown that embodies the element of fire. 

When thinking about fire I think of things like blazing sun, fire, heat, energy.

 

These were my first initial ideas for the fire dress. Fabrics I plan on using are very flowing fabrics, bit of sheer, and glossy sheen. To further develop these looks I am going to add more of a color palette and encopoate other colors like burnt orange, gold, and smokier tones.
