Earth Dress Research
To create my Earth dress I find inspiration from earthly grounding properties like plants, leaves, mountains wood. I want the dress to visibly protray a dress that is from nature.
COLORS: green, brown, olive, earth tones

I find inspiration from colors like from this tree bark. in these photos there are paterns and textures. the draping and layers of the dresses add nice texture and really resemble the bushes and tresss in the background
These were my first initial ideas for the earth dress. I believe I should add more texture and earth elements like leave and a bit more tone within the colors. Fabrics I should use are sheer, faux fur maybe to create a grass texture and maybe I could experiment with fake leaves too.
I think the dress design on the left would work well with a feather trim for the bottom texture on the hem of the dress.
