Yes, I believe her ideas were very clear and very well executed. 

Was the research completed and was it clearly linked to the advert?

The research was not yet completed.

Was the process shown with commentary about tools?

Yes, her process was clearly shown and explained

Was the final outcome clear?  Could there be any improvements?

Yes, her final outcome portrayed a very clear message, it was easy to understand and easy to read. I believe one improvement she would have could be to find a more creative name because I feel like the company name is a little broad so she could add a bit more of her own touch with that, but other than that I feel like her advert was very professional.

Yes, her process was clearly shown with many explanations. 

Was the final outcome clear?  Could there be any improvements?

I would say that the final outcome is clear, but the words are a bit tricky to read. I think it is important for your audience to understand everything that they are reading. I also think that the photos on the bottom could be a tab bit bigger just because it's really great for your advert to be big and visual and clear.
